Exchange Policy

We will accommodate one free exchange per order.  Please email (Bianca@humblelegends.com) with your order number and request to make an exchange. A free shipping label will be sent via email for U.S. customers only. (Due to personalization, exchanges do NOT apply to personalized jewelry)

- Your exchange will only ship once our team has confirmed and received the correct items after shipment for verification. We cannot ship your exchange before we receive the original items for the exchange.

-The exchanging items must be clean, unworn and shipped with original packaging for acceptance.

- After the exchange is requested the package must be shipped to us within 5 business days. 

- Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that the original items that were purchased will be available or in stock for exchange due to limited supply. 

30 days after your order is delivered begins your 30 day exchange and warranty.

International exchanges - Will be required to pay the shipping fees in order to exchange their items.  (Extended shipping times will be accepted for exchanges due to international delays)

30 Day - Damage Replacement/Warranty Policy

Replacement/Warranty  - If your item is damaged within the 30 days of delivery we will gladly replace your item free of charge.

Requirements for claiming your warranty  An image of the damaged item is mandatory to claim your replacement in addition to your order being received within the 30 days from your delivery date. (Email images to Bianca@humbelegends.com) 

-Due to high volume orders we cannot always guarantee that the same size  item will be available for the replacement.
